Being a Scottsdale Arizona native, I possess an inside local knowledge of the area, not to mention years of cultivating trustworthy resources and contacts. I have been a licensed Realtor and a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors in since 2003. Over the last 19 years, I have worked throughout Maricopa County. Specializing in my home area of Scottsdale.
Coming from a long line of Real Estate Agents in my family all starting with Grandfather Tony J. Grill in 1967. Some of my earliest memories growing up were accompanying my grandfather to many of his residential and commercial properties throughout of the valley as he viewed listings, communicated with his tenants, preformed maintenance and collected rents.
Over the years I have gained experience in the following areas of Real Estate: Representing Residential Buyers & Sellers, Tenants & Landlords, New Builders, Spec Homes, Serving on 3 HOA Boards, Real Estate Investment and Property Renovations. All of this experience helps me better serve my clients.
It is not just about a commission to me. It is about cultivating relationships with my clients built on Trust, Integrity, Knowledge and Professionalism. I know anyone can say these things, however I have spent many years building my business on these principles. I get the most reward when I can help an individual achieve their Real Estate Dreams.
I am available to my clients anytime they need my services. I am personally just a text or phone call away. The One App & my Website are also available to you 24 hours a day. You can search listings at your own convenience, browse reports and read up on real estate information on your own terms. You can even setup auto searches, even outside of Arizona.
When you are ready to see a listing in person, or just have a simple question, please don't hesitate to contact me anytime. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
